At RA, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are actively seeking a Tennis Court Monitor to join our team! The primary function of this position is to monitor all Reston Association tennis courts on a continual basis, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-regulated environment for all members and guests. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our recreational facilities and providing excellent customer service. The Tennis Court Monitor will be responsible for visiting each tennis facility during their shift, collecting guest fees, checking passes, issuing guest passes, and enforcing court rules and regulations. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an outdoor setting. This position offers 20 hours per week, from March-November. These hours depend on operational needs and are subject to change.
