Court Monitor Altitude Trampoline Park, is looking for energetic individuals with a passion for guest experience to join our Team! COURT MONITOR JOB DESCRIPTION The Court Monitor Staff reports directly to the Team Leader, Manager and to the Director of Altitude Trampoline Park. Court Monitors are expected to: You make sure the Park is active and safe Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner Maintain the safety of patrons in and around the jumping surfaces and foam pits Remain alert and use all senses while court monitoring Complete the trampoline safety checklist at the beginning of each day, and report problems to the supervisor Work as a team with other court monitors during special events You make sure the attractions are fun! Smile and talk to the customers Play and engage with the kids Be courteous with the customers, explain "the why" behind the rules when enforcing them

Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Reliable transportation, to and from work
Completion of in-house safety training

Responsibilities

Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner
Remain alert and use all senses while supervising park guests
Establish and maintain a safe environment for patrons in and around jumping surfaces, foam pits, and other activity areas
Work as a team with other court monitors and Altitude Trampoline Park employees
Maintain the safety of patrons in and around the jumping surfaces and foam pits
Complete the trampoline safety checklist at the beginning of each day, and report problems to the supervisor
Work as a team with other court monitors during special events
Smile and talk to the customers
Play and engage with the kids
