About The Position

The Club at Mediterra is a premier, member owned, residential club located in southwest Florida. The 1,700-acre community and Club have earned a reputation and has been acknowledged as one of the finest in the country. The Club at Mediterra, an extraordinary private club located in North Naples, is seeking full-time and part-time Tennis Court/General Maintenance professionals to join our team.
Candidates must be professional, hospitable, and committed to the highest level of member and guest services with a focus on member satisfaction. Maintaining professional decorum in all interactions with membership is essential.

Requirements

• Have a high school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be dependable, willing to learn, responsible, organized, safety-minded, a self-starter able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Must be able to perform outdoor, physical labor which includes raking, shoveling, bending, pushing, pulling and, reaching.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English

Nice To Haves

• Clay court maintenance experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Maintaining 8 clay tennis courts, 4 clay bocce courts, 7 pickleball courts
• Tidying the outdoor furniture, emptying trash
• Stocking towels, cups
• Blowing off areas around the courts, and other general maintenance.
• Perform other related duties and tasks assigned within the department
