About The Position

The primary function of the Tennis and Pickleball Guest Service position is
providing first-contact customer interaction, including booking Tennis and
Pickleball lessons and clinics, overseeing Junior Camp registration and
check-in, checking in guests, selling merchandise, and cleaning and stocking the
guest areas. Any Guest Service team member must be able to adapt to changing
workplace demands and requirements.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively with the general public and disseminate information accurately
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to interact with co-workers positively and have a sense of what team means
• Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, poking, and reaching
• Can safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Tennis or Pickleball is a plus

• Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability and willingness to present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Familiarity with essential phone & computer knowledge & skills
• Must be detail-oriented, multitasking, efficient, and productive in a fast-paced environment. Must also limit mistakes under pressure
• Flexible schedule, Including AM & PM shifts, weekends & holidays
• Knowledge of Tennis or Pickleball is a plus
• Help prepare snacks for Junior Camp
