About The Position

Wimbledon Tennis & Pickleball Club (powered by Momentum Enterprises) is looking for a Member Experience Associate to join our team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding member experience. This is an evening, part-time position (with the potential to grow into full-time) for someone who brings energy, positivity, and a passion for customer service-someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and making every member feel welcomed, valued, and part of a thriving community. Schedule: Approximately 27–30 hours per week Evenings: Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems (training provided)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Interest in tennis or pickleball is a plus
  • CPR/AED certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Manage check-ins for court play, clinics, and lessons
  • Assist with reservations, scheduling, and program registrations
  • Answer phones and respond to member inquiries
  • Process payments and support membership services
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
