The Tenant Underwriting Processor is responsible for reviewing and validating an applicant’s submission of information to become a tenant. Processes the applications in an efficient, secure, and confidential manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in Real Estate or Property Management.
- Experience in loan underwriting, banking, credit, or clerical/administrative roles.
- Proficiency in PC usage, including Excel.
- Strong planning and organizational capabilities.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and spoken.
- A commitment to customer satisfaction, quality, and achieving results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and approve tenant lease applications, ensuring they align with our company’s standards and best practices.
- Manages daily workload assignments in order to meet productivity and quality standards of delivering processed leases.
- Communicates to the leasing team regarding any issues.
