About The Position

Tenant Experience Coordinator On-Site in Wilmington, Delaware Monday through Friday Summary: We are Delaware's premier coworking space which serves as the “Gateway to Wilmington” located just steps from the Amtrak train station. Our mission is to provide an office environment that is inspirational for startups, independent professionals, and non-profits. We are proud of our local community and provide a place for organizations to accomplish great things. We achieve all of this with a hospitality mindset. CSC Station is actively seeking a friendly, analytical, and detail-oriented person to be one of the faces of our organization as we expand our services beyond the 8-5 workday. You will help us grow the community by creating a great member experience while executing sales and operational tasks with excellence. This is an opportunity to take ownership and responsibility of a mission-driven business with the complete support and experience of our 127-year-old organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or concierge service role
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Tech savvy and willing to learn new and innovative programs to respond to customers’ needs
  • Proven results managing corporate social media campaigns
  • Experience with written content generation in a business environment
  • Passion for Delaware and our entrepreneurial community
  • Fluent in English
  • High-level ethics, empathy, and dependability

Nice To Haves

  • The ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Community management
  • Create a friendly environment to facilitate high member satisfaction
  • Plan and launch community initiatives establishing connections between different organizations via member introductions, leading networking events, and helping manage communications through digital platforms
  • Expand our community outreach
  • Foster a sense of inclusivity where fresh ideas are welcome
  • Be knowledgeable about our membership requirements and guidelines.
  • Explain our policies to members, as necessary.
  • Assist new member onboarding and member moves
  • Events planning and execution
  • Ensure all technology is in working order and ensure our facilities look professional at all times.
  • Build a calendar of coworking events that engages all stakeholders: Members: Educational (e.g., lunch/learns) and appreciation events Local community: Identify outside organizers to use our event space Manage to the allotted budget Oversee special events end-to-end
  • Business development
  • Promote new initiatives and expand our memberships
  • Conduct tours for prospective members
  • Maintain a positive relationship with key vendors
  • Contact with community leaders to generate interest
  • Facilities and space management
  • Manage all building operations to the satisfaction of members
  • Maximize uptime and availability of key facilities assets like our Wifi network, social cafe, printers/copiers
  • Ensure members are aware of issues that may impact them
  • Make recommendations on new features that will entice new members
  • Manage maintenance tickets for repairs to the facility and key equipment
  • Be aware of member safety and emergency preparedness
