About The Position

The Tenant Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the landlord team and office tenants, managing all aspects of tenant design, construction, and fit-out from initial planning through delivery for 70 Hudson Yards. This individual will report to the Executive Vice President and work closely across leasing, development, design, construction and legal teams by ensuring tenant requirements align with building standards, budgets, and project schedules. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Act as the central point of contact for tenants and internal teams on all design, construction, and technical matters. Manage tenant drawing submissions, reviews, and approvals to ensure compliance with lease and building standards. Oversee the full tenant improvement lifecycle, from test fits through construction and turnover. Track project milestones and deliverables using internal systems and project management tools. Review, analyze, and validate project budgets and cost implications. Coordinate meetings, site walks, and status check-ins with tenants, consultants, and contractors. Review architectural and MEP drawings for scope alignment and infrastructure compatibility. Support lease negotiations by preparing technical exhibits and identifying construction impacts. Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders. Help evaluate and improve tenant coordination processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5-10 years of project management and/or architectural experience, focusing on high rise office or tenant fit-out is preferred
  • Experience with reading plans, managing complex projects with deadlines, and tracking costs against project budgets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • 5-10 years of project management and/or architectural experience, focusing on high rise office or tenant fit-out is preferred
