About The Position

As a Temporary Warehouse Coordinator, you are essential to network operations, managing the flow of equipment from delivery to deployment. This role involves precise inspection, tracking, and movement of network electronics to ensure timely delivery to the correct locations, supporting teams in maintaining customer connectivity. This is a temporary position.

Requirements

High School Diploma / GED
2 or more years’ job-related experience and/or training
Knowledge of automated or computerized system operation / basic computer skills
Knowledge of record keeping practices
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of safety practices
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel,etc)
Skill in lifting heavy packages and objects
Skill in operating forklift or other material handling equipment in tight and congested areas

Responsibilities

Ability to load, unload, and move material within or near work site
Handle all incoming shipments and perform inspections when material is received
Transport, or schedule transport, of material from storage or work sites to designated areas
Attach asset tags to equipment for tracking purposes
Record necessary data (CPE location, OID, etc.) for issuance of network electronics from the warehouse to orders
Stock shelves with various types of electronics and materials
Lifts heavy objects by hand or with lift
Process and perform data entry of returns; also returns material to proper shelf in warehouse
Ensure that warehouse stays organized and free of debris
Ability to be on time for scheduled work day and complete all work hours required
Ability to work in a team environment and to get along with co-workers
Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
Other duties as assigned
