About The Position

XPDEL is seeking a Fulfillment Center Operations Associate (FCOA) to join their team. This role involves working on the warehouse floor, processing orders by picking and filling boxes/containers, and managing shipments. The FCOA will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. This position is essential for preparing items for delivery and involves learning various logistics solutions for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in varying temperatures (cold and hot seasons), able to work safely and quickly, and capable of standing for long periods while fulfilling orders.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, reliable, organized, forward-thinking, proactive, and approachable
• Comfortable learning new software and providing feedback on tools used
• Warehouse/distribution experience is required
• Must have basic math skills and be computer savvy
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have a working cell phone and be willing to download an app to use for picking/packing

Nice To Haves

• Start-up experience is a plus
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred

Responsibilities

• Receiving, QA, and inventory management of products
• Accurately and efficiently pick/pack customer orders using an internal warehouse application
• Partner with Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipment
• Adhere to all safety policies, and procedures and complete all safety training and assessments
• Quality control inspection of products
