About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the recruitment lifecycle by partnering closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to meet hiring needs across the organization. This role is responsible for reviewing applications, conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring accurate and timely management of requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (Lever). The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience while maintaining high standards of data integrity, organization, and communication throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 2-4+ years of experience recruiting in high volume environment focused in pharmaceutical/biotechnology
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required. Lever ATS experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sr TA Business Partner to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities
  • Review applications and recruitment agency submittals within Applicant Tracking System (Lever)
  • Conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates while taking accurate notes to be shared with the hiring team
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring teams
  • Provide timely, professional communication to candidates and stakeholders
  • Manage assigned requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) with accuracy and timeliness
  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards
  • Maintain recruitment records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company processes
  • Ensure data integrity within the ATS and other HR systems
