About The Position

Duration: 8–10 weeks Role Summary: We are seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring efforts across our MEP business. This role will focus on sourcing candidates for a variety of Mechanical and Electrical engineering roles, Project Managers, and select corporate positions.

Requirements

  • Experience sourcing candidates in engineering or technical fields preferred.
  • Strong communication and screening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with MEP, engineering, or professional services hiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates for open MEP roles and related corporate positions.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic fit and interest.
  • Share qualified candidates with the recruiter for full management of the hiring process.
  • Support candidate pipeline building and outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and progress.
