About The Position

Duration: 8–10 weeks Role Summary: We are seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring efforts across our MEP business. This role will focus on sourcing candidates for a variety of Mechanical and Electrical engineering roles, Project Managers, and select corporate positions.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing candidates in engineering or technical fields preferred.
- Strong communication and screening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with MEP, engineering, or professional services hiring is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for open MEP roles and related corporate positions.
- Conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic fit and interest.
- Share qualified candidates with the recruiter for full management of the hiring process.
- Support candidate pipeline building and outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and progress.
