About The Position

As our Talent Acquisition function continues to evolve, YPTC is excited to be searching for 2 Talent Acquisition Sourcers to partner with our Recruiters; proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates to support the firm’s growth and hiring needs. These hires will report to our Talent Acquisition Operations & Analytics Manager, and will play a critical part in advancing our TA strategy forward. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 plus years of experience in prospect sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition .
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate databases.
  • High level of comfort with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools and the Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong research, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience sourcing for roles in and across the accounting industry.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Experience developing and providing pipeline reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing Proactively source prospects and candidates using a variety of TA sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and talent communities for current and future hiring needs.
  • Identify passive candidates through targeted research and outreach strategies.
  • Talent Market Research Conduct market mapping to identify talent pools, competitors, and potential candidate sources.
  • Track industry trends and prospect availability to support hiring strategies.
  • Provide insights on candidate supply, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscape.
  • Candidate Engagement Initiate outreach to prospects and candidates through email, messaging, and networking.
  • Communicate employer value proposition and company culture to potential candidates.
  • Qualify candidates through initial screening to assess potential fit for current and future needs.
  • Pipeline Management Maintain detailed data of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and engagement with potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to transition qualified candidates into the interview or pipeline process.
  • Collaboration with Recruiting Team Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Participate in intake meetings and recruiting strategy sessions as appropriate.
  • Employer Branding Support Support recruitment marketing initiatives through engaging in continuous and methodical brand ambassadorship.
  • Actively share company opportunities within relevant professional communities and events.
