About The Position

Job duties will include scanning loan files, insurance and financials tracking. Assisting in Global cash flow analysis, lease tracking as well as NOI and DSC covenant tracking. Intern will also assist with ordering of environment reports and filing.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled/completed a Bachelor’s program, with a preference for candidates with or working toward a business-related degree.
  • Previous office experience, with a preference for finance or accounting related experience.
  • An aptitude for numbers, very strong knowledge of Excel, good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, good organizational skills and accurate typing/data entry skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic also required.
