About The Position
Assist the overall Treasury functions including investment portfolio, funding management, derivatives, asset/liability modeling, and ALCO reporting.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail orientated with strong organization skills
Responsibilities
- Assist the Treasury team in managing the Bank’s investment portfolio under direction of Senior Analyst and prepare reporting and analytics
- Assist the Treasury team in managing the borrowing portfolio under direction of Senior Analyst and prepare reporting and analytics
- Assist the Treasury team in managing the Bank’s derivatives portfolio with a focus on the back-to-back swap program for our lending clients
- Provide backup for Treasury staff
- Provide backup for Cash Management Staff
- Assist the ALM team in managing the ALCO process and coordinate reporting for senior management
- Maintain databases of investments, deposits and funding to feed to the asset/liability model
- Update forecasts of target balances, originations, and pricing as provided by product line managers
