About The Position

Works under immediate supervision to provide clerical and/or typing support in performance of variety of office duties which may be simple to moderately complex in nature.

The Muto Lab is looking for a Temporary Staff Specialist that will help in lab to support our ongoing research goals. Our research lab is broadly focused on better understanding the kidney disease mechanism especially focusing on epigenetic and metabolic alteration and their inter-relationship.
The ideal candidate would have experience in mouse colony management, molecular biology techniques, and imaging.
Responsibilities will include active participation in experimental planning and data acquisition, animal studies, and assisting in lab management and startup operations.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong communication and organization skills.
Various administrative and clerical assignments filled on an as needed basis.
