About The Position

Corporate Graphics Commercial is seeking a Temporary Production Support Representative to join our yearbook team! In this position, you will be responsible for entering and confirming yearbook orders before they are submitted to our production team for printing. Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Proven ability to work independently and/or as part of a team, in an office setting.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to conduct yourself in a courteous and professional manner.
Ability to make decisions, troubleshoot and problem-solve.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to act with a sense of urgency, yet remain calm under pressure.
Ability to learn, use and support basic computer software applications and computer hardware.
Ability to work the entire temporary period, including some overtime as needed.
Strong work ethic and attendance.

Nice To Haves

Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

Processing submitted jobs by entering and comparing data accurately, to move to the next area in a timely manner.
Compare electronic yearbook files submitted by the customer against the PDF file that will be used in our production areas, looking for discrepancies.
Work proficiently in systems and processes that are required to set up and track jobs.
Communicate solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Production Support Supervisor to ensure we are effectively monitoring workload.
Support and back up co-workers as needed.
Will to help where needed and train on different tasks in the department.
