Gene Fullmer Recreation Center 8015 South 2200 West West Jordan, UT 84088 Phone: 385.468.1951 Gene Fullmer is a Fitness & Recreation Center located in West Jordan that includes one gymnasium with two full courts, a fitness room, aerobic room, walking track and part time drop in child car, indoor lap pool, and an Indoor play pool. During the summer we operate the West Jordan Outdoor Pool. Perks include flexible hours, a free center membership to employees, and a fun environment. We are looking for motivated, reliable people for the following areas: Aquatics -- Age 16+ Lifeguards Lifeguard Trainee Swim Instructors Swim Team Coaches Recreation - Sports Referees -- Age 14+ Soccer Baseball Basketball Tennis Group Fitness Instructors -- Age 18+ Childcare Drop in child care -- Age 18+ Customer Service Team Evening and Weekend Custodian -- Age 16+ Front Desk Attendant--Age 16+ Building Attendant -- Age 18+ Background Check Information Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant must pass a required background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back (Record of Arrest and Prosecution Back) program in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements. TEMPORARY POSITIONS: An "At Will", FLSA non-exempt employee who is not eligible for County benefits and who must work an average of 29 hours or less per week or an average of 129 hours or less per month.
