About The Position

The LIU 12 Occupational and Physical Therapy department provides school-based therapy to preschool students, ages 3-5, and school-age students, ages 5-21, in York, Adams and Franklin Counties. The primary goal of the related service is to ensure that students are able to access their educational curriculum and environment. The Mission of LIU 12 OT/PT is to provide evidence-based therapy services to support students' access and participation within their educational environment and to act as specialized collaborators to our stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, required.
• Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania
• NBCOT Certification

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, preferred
• Pediatric and/or school based experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• OT assessments and evaluations
• Developing treatment plans
• Consulting with classroom staff and parents
