Requirements

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Texas
  • A playful, patient, and resourceful attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric experience preferred (enthusiastic new grads welcome!)

Responsibilities

  • Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in-home or hybrid settings
  • Create individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation, and play
  • Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation
