In this role, you will do the following tasks to the highest standards: OPEN HOUSE INTERVIEWS – Check out our wonderful resort and meet our team! When: Every Thursday and Friday Time: 10am to 2pm Location: 3919 East Parkway, Gatlinburg What will I be doing? Ability to climb stairs, inspect guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to repair. To include conducting daily building rounds, assessment of all areas of all buildings. Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical experience are used frequently on the job. Climb ladders up to 40 feet high and reach in all directions, often overhead. Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets. May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader. Job details: Temporary Assignment- Open to working a variable of shifts, including weekends and holidays. Requirements

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with guests in English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and perform grasping, stooping, and overheard reaching with or without accommodations.
