About The Position
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs basic building maintenance and repair. Repairs, maintains and installs electrical systems and equipment such as motors, transformers, and wiring. Knowledgeable and confident to work on systems up to 277 volts. Repairs and maintains mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and systems. Performs basic repair of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system. Performs welding and braising as required. Performs computerized programming of Heating and Cooling systems. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance Services. Performs snow plowing.
Requirements
- Must have passed the Maintenance test with a minimum score of 75%

- Computer literacy preferred
- Experienced in snow plowing
