About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Desktop Administrator to support end-user computing and ensure the smooth operation of IT services across the organization. This role will be responsible for device provisioning, user onboarding, endpoint management, and first-level technical support, while ensuring tickets and escalations are handled within defined service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), endpoint imaging, and desktop support in a corporate environment. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in desktop support or IT administration roles
  • Strong experience imaging and deploying laptops and desktops
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune endpoint management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online environments
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Endpoint management (Intune)
  • Identity and access management (Entra ID / Active Directory)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM)
  • Familiarity with endpoint security and compliance policies
  • Knowledge of network basics (WiFi, VPN, connectivity troubleshooting)
  • Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA A+, or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Image, configure, and deploy Windows laptops and desktops for new and existing employees
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, email setup, and system access
  • Configure and support Microsoft 365 accounts, email, and collaboration tools
  • Manage mobile device and endpoint management using Microsoft Intune
  • Administer user identities, permissions, and access using Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory
  • Provide Level 1 desktop and technical support for end users across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, printers, phones, and mobile devices
  • Monitor and action IT service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with SLAs
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and device lifecycle records
  • Assist with software deployments, patch management, and endpoint security compliance
  • Support IT initiatives, upgrades, and system rollouts as required
