We are seeking an IT Desktop Support contractor to assist with increased volume of global Service Desk tickets and day-to-day support activities. Over recent weeks, ticket volume has risen across multiple regions, and current team capacity is becoming constrained. This contractor will help maintain service levels, reduce backlog, and provide timely support to users while enabling the broader team to stay focused on ongoing engineering initiatives. Scope of Support: Desktop and end-user support Ticket triage and resolution through the Service Desk Hardware and software troubleshooting User account support and basic system administration Assistance with global end-user requests
