About The Position
To Provide World Famous Friendly Customer Service to Customers, Team Members & Outside Vendors. Merchandising, Filling, Stocking, Rotation of all Product in Grocery Department. Maintaining Inventory Accuracy, Managing Front End Efficiency & Friendliness of All, Balance Safe, Issue Loans, All Cash Accountability, Daily Books & Deposits.
Requirements
- World famous friendly attitude with customers & team members.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to create a “team” atmosphere.
- Ability to motivate, coach & direct team members.
- Ability to lead others.
- Ability to count and handle cash with accuracy.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & computer technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead & maintain efficient front end with friendly atmosphere by all team.
- Count and balance daily books and deposits.
- Issue and verify money to tills.
- Direct and manage front end service.
- Oversee production in all departments.
- Discipline when necessary.
- Maintain functionality of equipment, i.e. registers.
- Monitor case temperatures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy with handheld daily-weekly scans.
- Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
