About The Position

This role involves managing housing assignments for approximately 4,300 residents, which includes handling room changes, contract cancellations, and updating databases. The coordinator will also oversee daily front desk operations, addressing inquiries and independently resolving concerns from residents and visitors. A key aspect of the role is to analyze service trends and resident requests to suggest process improvements and enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the position requires coordinating various administrative tasks such as key control, managing supply inventory, processing facilities requests, providing phone support, and assisting with special projects.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented processes.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with experience supporting diverse populations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with multiple software systems and data tracking tools.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
