Northeastern University’s Seattle Campus seeks a motivated and adaptable individual to serve as an Experiential Living Coordinator for the Summer A and Summer B terms. Reporting to the Associate Director of Global Campus Programming, working directly with Northeastern’s Global Experience Office (GEO), and in daily collaboration with Seattle campus teams and housing provider, this position will support and engage Northeastern undergraduate cohorts attending study away/residency programs in Seattle. Working in collaboration with staff across the Seattle Campus, GEO, the Office of the Chancellor, and other University offices, they will help plan, coordinate, and engage students in undergraduate mobility program opportunities aligned with campus and University visions, including university-wide programs. Incorporating the University’s mission, core values, and DEI initiatives, the Coordinator demonstrates a high-level of cultural competency. The Experiential Learning Coordinator supports students on study away programs at the Seattle campus by serving as one of the main points of contact for students, thinking through a broad array of services required to provide an optimal learner experience, and occasionally accompanying students to program-related events. The Coordinator will assist in documenting student experiences, costs associated with programming, and experiential program development. This is a live-in role with required duty shifts, during which the Coordinator will be the first point of contact for time-sensitive student concerns. The target start date for this role is April 20, 2026, with an end date of August 21, 2026.
