About The Position

The Temporary Employee Experience Support Specialist role provides administrative and operational assistance to the Employee Experience team during a period of increased workload. This individual will support core human resource processes including employee file audits, documentation, benefits administration, phone screens, internship program, and general HR operations to ensure a smooth and timely employee experience.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone screens/interviews
  • Internal event support
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding coordination
  • Support data entry and reporting in Bamboo
  • Schedule meetings, track deadlines, and follow up on action items
  • Assist with internship program
  • Provide general HR administrative support as needed
