About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Institutional Diversity, the Temporary Deputy Title IX Coordinator is responsible for helping to manage caseload and ensure compliance with federal and state non-discrimination laws, including those pertaining to gender-based discrimination and sexual harassment, and compliance with the College’s related policies. Deputy Title IX Coordinator is also responsible for assisting in the assessment, investigation and adjudication of matters of equity and non-discrimination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in related field
  • Minimum of two years of relevant related experience in complaint resolution, investigations, and grievances.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Previous training, knowledge, experience in Title IX, VAWA , Campus SaVE, and related federal and state laws.
  • Experience with Maxient, PeopleSoft, and Vector platforms and software systems.
  • Bilingual (fluent in speaking and writing)
