About the position

As a Customer Service Manager (CSM) at Ingles Markets, you will be the last point of contact for customers, ensuring they can make their purchases quickly and efficiently while addressing any concerns or questions they may have. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for serving customers and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining productivity.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Handle customer concerns and questions effectively.
  • Assist in training new associates and share knowledge.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Availability to work seven days a week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Related experience is a plus, but not required.
