Temporary Contact Center Representative will, under supervision, be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience when handling member telephone requests. The position is responsible for safeguarding member data and credit union resources by adhering to all member identification policies and procedures. The CC Rep will assist Credit Union member questions regarding their Credit Union accounts. Meet or exceed department standards for agent performance.
