Temporary Contact Center Representative will, under supervision, be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience when handling member telephone requests. The position is responsible for safeguarding member data and credit union resources by adhering to all member identification policies and procedures. The CC Rep will assist Credit Union member questions regarding their Credit Union accounts. Meet or exceed department standards for agent performance. What You Will Do in this Temporary Role: · Follow credit union member authentication policies and procedures to properly identify members. · Represent the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner on inbound service calls. · Follow the credit union’s established policies and procedures for meeting service standards. – Delivers an elevated member experience with each member interaction. – Team member models behaviors that align with Premier America’s Core Values.
