Berklee is the premier destination for the study of contemporary music and the performing arts. We offer degrees and other programs at our campuses in Boston, New York, and Valencia, Spain, at our Berklee Abu Dhabi Center, and through Berklee Online, the largest worldwide provider of music education. As a member of the communications team in Berklee’s Communications and Marketing Division, the Communications and Content Operations Specialist supports our division’s efforts to keep our diverse and innovative community informed and engaged through our website, digital signage, email, and other engagement tools. Reporting to the Associate Director of Communications, this role manages our internal communications calendar and supports integrated communications campaigns for operations, major events and initiatives, and institutional updates. This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented role. Strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and project management skills are critical to success in this role and ensuring the team can effectively and efficiently meet the institution’s needs. This person is expected to have a working knowledge of digital communications platforms as well as best practices and trends. This role is a one-year temporary position to support our team’s operations as we prepare to launch a completely redesigned website ecosystem.
