About The Position

The purpose of the position is to fill-in essential functions of an administrative assistant. Main responsibilities are processing reimbursements, managing outlook calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms. Other tasks include assistance with putting together symposia/seminars with outside speakers, coordinating food delivery, purchasing, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.
