Temporary position to fill in for up to 18-20 weeks. Role: Welcome members, vendors, visitors and applicants to CUA's administrative offices. Determine their immediate needs and directs them to the department or personnel who will most efficiently satisfy their needs. Provide administrative support for the Facilities department, enabling the department staff to focus on core responsibilities to ensure the Credit Union's building systems and equipment are functioning properly, and are maintained in excellent condition. Provide support services for executives and other departments as requested.
