About The Position

The Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in the design, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Cadence scheduling templates and protocols within Ambulatory Clinics and Departments. Reporting to the Capacity Management Manager, works with the team of Template Specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that scheduling processes align with organizational goals.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• Epic Cadence Proficiency, or must obtain proficiency in Epic Cadence within 6 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in medical operations related to patient scheduling, access and/or clinical systems is preferred.
• Epic scheduling systems and Template build experience preferred.
• In lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of experience may be considered.
• Epic Cadence Certification preferred.
