A little bit about our team: Marketing Operations, positioned at the intersection of marketing and finance, works across Atlantic Music Group (AMG). The role specifically services the Atlantic Urban and 300 Entertainment label(s) as a vital component to the day-to-day workflow. Operating behind the scenes in a creative community, this team supports, from a business perspective, all areas of marketing including, but not limited to: radio promotion, video production, vendor management, touring and ticketing, and WMG's Procure-to-Pay process (PtP). In addition, the team manages all travel and entertainment processes and related budgets across all labels. Your role: You are the driving force behind AMG’s live event execution. You’ll manage all label ticket buys, guest lists, and VIP logistics for AMG artists on tour in the U.S — from organizing internal ticket requests to coordinating executive access at shows. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where no two days are the same.
