Brandeis University is looking for a Temporary Senior HR Business Partner in the Office of Human Resources. This position provides relationship service and strategic human resources support to Brandeis’ schools, centers, institutes and administrative departments. The HR Partner drives and coordinates the delivery of HR services and programs to improve the development of Brandeis’ workforce and meet the academic, programmatic and business goals of Brandeis leadership. The HR partner focuses on change management,management, recruitment coordination organizational design, employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and connectivity to specialist functions of HR to ensure a consistent employee experience throughout the University. managers/staff/faculty with comprehensive and proactive employee relations service in the form of counsel, intervention and resolution of issues. Collaborate and provide assistance to the Director of Employment and Employee Relations with general employment and employee relations issues. This is a temporary position through August 2026.
