The Manager, Global Brand Strategy & Brand Operations plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic brand initiatives across the Fentyverse (Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Hair, Fenty Fragrance). This role is responsible for ensuring strong end-to-end execution across key Brand Ops processes including Product Lifecycle Management (Global Assortment, Space Planning, Discontinuation, E&O), while partnering closely with Regional teams to support growth and operational efficiency. Reporting into the Sr. Director of Brand Strategy & Operations, this role contributes to driving brand sales, substantial margin and OP growth, and fostering regional process consistency across all global markets.
