Customer Service Representative provides excellent customer service, processes customers consumable purchase orders accurately and on time, and maintains strong professional relationships. Assists customers with new orders, advises on the status of orders in process, furnishes information on new products and processes returns. Essential Functions and Main Duties Complete accurate entry of customer orders Effectively perform miscellaneous customer service and clerical functions Establish and maintain professional working relations with customers Provide superior customer service by resolving questions, requests, and problems promptly and courteously Keep customers informed of Company policies, procedures, and status of their orders and accounts Assist and support company personnel as needed Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant problems Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes Duties may be modified or assigned at any time based on business need
