Requirements
- Banking Back Office Operations experience within a banking institution required
- Minimum 1 year of back office operations banking experience
- Collaboration/People skills
- Integrity/Dutifulness
- Available to work overtime as needed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to adapt and work in a fast paced environment with sensitive deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Adhere to policy and procedures and attendance requirements
Nice To Haves
- FIS IBS Insight systems experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Performing accounting and/or GL reconcilement tasks
- Process Return Items, Non-Post Transactions, and ATM Balancing
- Handle customer’s inquiries clearly via phone and email
- Operate with little or no supervision and exercise independent judgment in completing assignments
