Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Strong attention-to-detail
• Professional, team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to travel within Waukesha County
• Full-time/On-site availability (36–40 hours/week), Monday–Saturday

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient customer service
• Process transactions and handle cash with precision
• Assist customers with questions and resolve concerns
• Promote bank products and services
• Support multiple locations when needed
