About The Position

The position involves providing accurate, friendly, and professional service to bank customers through their daily transactions, which include handling deposits, check cashing, issuing money orders, and official checks. The role requires recognizing and interpreting customer needs and suggesting appropriate bank services to assist in meeting sales goals. Active participation in the branch sales program and goal achievement is expected. The candidate will demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards, balance daily work, and research differences where applicable. Additionally, the role includes performing teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as assisting with the daily operations of the Teller/ATM areas. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate
• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to count U.S. currency
• Must enjoy customer interactions and actively look for referral opportunities
• Ability to use a needs-based sales model
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
