About The Position

As a Full Time Teller at PNC's Retail Branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, performing high volume banking transactions, and educating customers on new technology. This role focuses on developing strong customer relationships and identifying banking product referral opportunities to enhance customer financial wellbeing.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
  • A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions and transactions accurately.
  • Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
  • Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals.
  • Engage with customers in the lobby to connect and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Leverage technology and resources to educate customers on managing financial transactions.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
