About The Position

Blaze is currently hiring for a Teller at our Woodbury East branch. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. As a member of our team, you will be working with a diverse and experienced group of people dedicated to helping members meet all their financial needs. Along with helping members reach their goals, Blaze has created a work environment where associates can advance their personal career through promotion, transfers, and branch growth. Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2 year period, and $2,000 for Non-DNA experience paid over a 1 year period for all branch and member experience center positions.

Requirements

• High School degree or GED (required)
• Previous financial service experience a plus
• Enthusiastic and passionate about helping others
• Enjoy learning and want a career, not just a paycheck
• Understand financial products and services or are interested in learning about them
• Comfortable having conversations and making recommendations
• Seek new ways to serve others in your community
• Work well with others, even when things don’t go as planned

Responsibilities

• Engage with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations
• Educate our members on what Blaze can do for them
• Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism
• Grow with us by using the tools provided to stay on top of financial industry trends, products, services and training opportunities
• Provide members with excellent service through face to face interactions on a daily basis
