Responsibilities

• Perform member transactions with a high level of accuracy, including receiving and disbursing cash, checks, and money orders.
• Demonstrate efficiency with financial transactions for checking, savings, and borrowing members.
• Receive loan payments and savings deposits from customers, addressing inquiries on accounts.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer and internal inquiries regarding policies, practices, and products.
• Issue money orders, receive currency for coin, and verify amounts.
• Balance cash drawer daily to assure accuracy in transactions and notify supervisor of any outages.
• Assist other departments and branches with transactions as needed.

Benefits
