About The Position

As a Full Time Teller at PNC's Retail Branch in Warren, Michigan, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing high volume banking transactions, and educating customers on new technology. Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
