Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• A Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six months of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and making them feel welcome.
• Processing transactions for customers to help them manage their finances.
• Finding ways to make financial services more convenient for customers, such as assisting with online banking and mobile deposit.
• Recommending additional products and services to meet customers' needs.
• Collaborating with team members and referring customers to Think Bank partners (mortgage, insurance, investments, small business).
