Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by processing business and individual banking transactions.
• Manage a cash drawer and ensure accurate cash handling throughout the day.
• Cross-sell bank services to customers and assist with electronic services.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Receive cash and checks for deposit, verifying amounts and endorsements.
• Cautiously examine cash to guard against counterfeit bills.
• Assist customers with transactions and ATM operations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of bank products and services to build customer relationships.
• Participate in weekly huddles and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
• Participate in bank-sponsored community activities.
