The position involves working approximately 30 hours per week, including every Saturday, providing a variety of teller and savings/checking account services. Responsibilities include handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, greeting customers, and maintaining accounts. The role requires exploring customer needs and cross-selling services that are in the best interest of the customer, making appropriate referrals to other departments, and providing superior service to customers. The employee must conduct relationships and activities consistent with established Bank policies, procedures, and systems, as well as comply with the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act, and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations. There may be occasional back-up for New Accounts as needed.
